AXA Framlington appoints new fund manager

Andy Smith has become the new fund manager of AXA's healthcare team. He will run the AXA Framlington Biotech Fund, working closely with Deane Donnigan, Gemma Game and Antony Milford.

Andy Smith has become the new fund manager of AXA's healthcare team. He will run the AXA Framlington Biotech Fund, working closely with Deane Donnigan, Gemma Game and Antony Milford.

Andy has nearly 30 years experience in the global healthcare industry spanning research, product development and fund management. He joins AXA Framlington from venture capitalist SV Life Sciences where he managed the International Biotechnology Trust, a global biotechnology investment trust.
