Envair Technology was formed following the acquisition of Envair Limited by ONFAB in 2019 and Total Containment Solutions (TCS) in 2020. The group brings world class design and manufacturing expertise in clean air and containment to organisations developing or manufacturing drugs and new therapies around the world.
Envair Technology’s roots in the containment industry go deep. By bringing together the expertise of ONFAB, Envair and Total Containment Solutions (TCS), we are uniquely placed to keep people, processes and products safe from airborne hazards.
At the beginning of the drug development process, ONFAB’s flexible isolators are suitable for containing HPAPIs being produced in small batches for drug trials. Bespoke fume cupboards and extraction systems from TCS are used for further R&D and testing before moving to large scale production. Rigid isolators and other cleanroom equipment from Envair are then used in pharmacies and hospitals are the point of the drug being dispensed.
We directly employ our own teams of field service engineers to guarantee a lifetime of trouble-free use of our equipment, and hold large stocks of consumables and spare parts.
Whatever hazardous fumes or compounds you’re working with, Envair Technology specialises in bespoke containment solutions, designed to fit around the specific needs of your laboratory technicians. All our products are manufactured in house at one of our facilities in Heywood and Middlewich in the UK and Albacete in Spain, giving us greater control over the supply chain and the ability to meet the most demanding of deadlines.
