ELC Group appoints former TOPRA president

Dr Paolo Biffignandi joins ELC Group’s Advisory Board

Dr Paolo Biffignandi, former president of The Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs (TOPRA), has joined the ELC Group’s Advisory Board. ELC is a pan-European pharmaceutical regulatory affairs organisation.

Dr Biffignandi, a renowned physician, with PhDs in endocrinology and pharmacology, is a Fellow of TOPRA, as well as an Overseas Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine (UK). He brings more than 30 years' experience in Regulatory Affairs and pharmacovigilance to ELC Group’s Advisory Board.

Commenting on his appointment, Dr Biffignandi said: 'ELC Group is the industry expert, and I'm pleased to accept this opportunity to join its Advisory Board and to contribute to its continued strategic success.'
