Emisphere files second generation IND

Published: 2-Mar-2001


An IND has been filed with the FDA by Emisphere to start human clinical testing of its improved delivery agent for heparin. The agent, coded SNAD, is designed for making orally-available solid dosage formulations of heparin and LMWH.
