Essentra enters the Indian market with purchase of pharma assets of Kamsri Printing & Packaging
Bangalore-based firm manufactures premium pharma and healthcare packaging
Global pharmaceutical packaging supplier Essentra is to buy the pharmaceutical packaging assets of Kamsri Printing & Packaging for an undisclosed sum.
The deal provides Essentra with an entry point into the pharma and healthcare industries in India and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
The transaction will be immediately earnings enhancing to Essentra, and will be reported under its Health & Personal Care Packaging Strategic Business Unit.
Based in Bangalore, Kamsri is a manufacturer of premium packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets in India.
