An EU trade agreement with Fiji will see the Pacific island nation remove its 15% duties on EU-made vaccines and blood-grouping reagents by 2023.


An EU trade agreement with Fiji will see the Pacific island nation remove its 15% duties on EU-made vaccines and blood-grouping reagents by 2023. Other medicines will continue to attract 15% import duties.

A linked agreement also confirms the existing duty-free status for EU-manufactured medicines entering Papua New Guinea.
