The acquisition of Pharmaspace, which had a turnover in excess of £4.5m in 2004, will allow Haden Freeman to increase, in particular, the services it offers with pre-packaged facilities for common applications such as QA sampling, powder dispensing and milling suites. It already offers a line of kilo labs and pilot plant facilities.

Nigel Hirst, managing director of Haden Freeman. said: 'Pharmaspace is perfectly placed in the industry to both complement and develop the bespoke services that Haden Freeman offers.
