When Indian pharmaceutical company Astron Research was looking for a laboratory-scale blister-packing machine that could handle trial batch sizes efficiently, it chose Dott Bonapace's In-Pack semi-automatic blisterpacking machine supplied by Isopak.


When Indian pharmaceutical company Astron Research was looking for a laboratory-scale blister-packing machine that could handle trial batch sizes efficiently, it chose Dott Bonapace's In-Pack semi-automatic blisterpacking machine supplied by Isopak.

The CRO's aim was to provide prompt, reliable, accurate and cost-effective development of formulations for pharma producers, and test packaging of the products is critical to the entire process.

Some of the moisture sensitive products to be packed for Astron required special laminates for cold forming, including a thermoforming and a cold-formed blisterpack option in one machine.
