Jeff Karson has been branded a "valuable asset to furthering the success of our pharma excipients business." at a leading global supplier of specialty chemicals International Specialty Products (ISP).

Karson has 20 years experience working for the company. His promotion to account manager of pharmaceutical sales will mean he reports directly to John Flanagan, pharmaceutical business director of North America. Meanwhile, Dr Chao Zhu has joined as r&d scientist of the Organic and Polymer Synthesis Group. He will be responsible for supporting global new product development and reports directly to Dr Michael Jurek, director of Polymer Science.
