Board sets wheels in motion to find a replacement
The board of directors of Lundbeck will now initiate a process to find a replacement.
Pedersen joined Lundbeck in January 1992 with responsibility for the company's business development activities. Following a period as managing director of Lundbeck Netherlands, he has since 1998 been part of the corporate senior management. He was appointed executive vice president in April 2003 and has held the position as EVP for commercial operations for the last six years.
