Medica Group is pleased to announce a significant addition to their Executive Team. Effective from 20th May 2025, Jayne Davey will be joining Medica Group as the new UK CEO.
Jayne Davey brings with her an extensive background in healthcare and a proven track record of driving growth, ensuring quality, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Most recently, Jayne served as Chief Operating Officer and interim CEO for Voyage Care, where she played a pivotal role in the organisation’s success over the past decade.
Her previous experience includes senior roles at Allied Healthcare, where she was responsible for quality, operational improvement, and strategy.
Earlier in her career, Jayne held various positions at United Technologies Corporation and Chubb Fire and Security, focusing on operations, quality, and performance improvement across the UK and EMEA regions.
