MG2, the Italian automatic dosing and packaging machine specialist for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, is offering a complete syringe filling and packing line in collaboration with Italian firm Farmores and Romaco.


MG2, the Italian automatic dosing and packaging machine specialist for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, is offering a complete syringe filling and packing line in collaboration with Italian firm Farmores and Romaco.

MG2 provides the Hasta plunger rod inserting machine, which inserts the syringe piston into the pre-filled syringe at speeds of 200-400 insertions a minute. This is fitted with a labeller and cameras to check the label printing and that the plunger rod has been inserted correctly.

The complete line also includes the Romaco PC 4000 cartoning machine and MG2's GSL10 that places the boxes of syringes from the machine into cartons. A complete line would cost around Euro 2.5m.
