Natoli Engineering Company has openend its Tablet Compression Resource (TCR) centre in Long Island, NY, US. A division of Natoli, a world leading solutions provider of tablet compression tooling and support products, TCR will provide training, supplies and services to customers in the region.
The first of its kind training and service centre, TCR stocks essential tablet compression support items including dust cups, lubricants and tooling storage boxes as well as tablet press parts – all available for same-day regional delivery. Expert technicians also will provide tooling and tablet press maintenance, inspection and repair. They will also perform tablet press troubleshooting, calibration and validation.
Monthly training courses will be presented at the TCR by industry experts covering topics such as tablet press set-up, troubleshooting and industry best practices. These courses will be hands-on and classroom-based, and will include new operator training and specialised trouble shooting that can be tailored to attendee needs. More frequent classes are planned as well.
TCR technicians will provide tooling maintenance to area customers, focusing on tool polishing, rework, and certification, with pickup and delivery as quickly as the same day.
The TCR features a showroom with tablet presses, ultrasonic cleaning units, dedusters and other equipment that visitors can see in action.
Natoli has planned for additional regional TCR locations to provide support and professional technical services.
