Reinforcing its commitment to providing excellent customer service and support on a UK-wide basis, Needham Coding — part of The Needham Group and one of the UK’s leading coding and marking specialists — has appointed James Clay and Martyn Daykin as its new Field Service Technicians.
Daykin brings a wealth of field service experience to his new role.
Prior to joining Needham Coding, he spent 11 years at PM Group SPA where he progressed through the ranks to become Service and Technical Manager for the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, the US and Canada.
He was also Field Service Engineer at Still Materials Handling.
Clay has a strong technical background and proven track record in fault finding having spent nine years as Auto Electrician at Auto & General Electrical Services and then four years as Tamping Machine Operator at Trackwork.
“We are pleased to welcome James and Martyn to Needham Coding. Their appointments reflect our on-going expansion plans including the recent launch of exciting new own-brand coding and marking equipment for the first time,” said Aled Ellis, Managing Director at Needham Coding.
“Continuing to strengthen the field service team will help ensure equipment uptime and maximum production efficiencies for our customers.”
