Therefore options from the MEDILINE CodeCollectM family are also ideally suited for manual reworks of cases and pallets after disturbances on automatic lines, and also for workflows performed in the shipping department or warehouse.
Atlantic Zeiser applied rigorous design criteria for MEDILINE CodeCollectM to satisfy ergonomic requirements and to facilitate efficient, fatigue-free operation. The electrically height-adjustable workbench with swivel function allows cases to be loaded with single items without exerting any strain on the worker's back, and facilitates the handling of smaller packages that tend to tip. The intuitive user interface on the touch screen practically rules out aggregation errors.

MEDILINE CodeCollectM is a full-spec solution comprising a 16 megapixel code scanning camera for omnidirectional reading of 1D and 2D codes over 6 to 8 layers, wireless hand-held scanners with long-life lithium-ion batteries, maintenance-free operation, high-speed label printers for the generation of case and pallet labels. Thanks to integrated castors, MEDILINE CodeCollectM can quickly be relocated for use on other packaging lines. For case transport and use as a buffer en route to the pallet, a height-adjustable, extendable roller conveyor is available as an option as well as a semi-automatic case sealer.
