We look back on a successful Achema 2022 in Frankfurt and would like to thank you for your visit at Gerteis.
Our booth was well attended by friends, interested parties and visitors.
Gerteis exhibited almost our entire product portfolio and were able to demonstrate our technological advantages during the exhibition successfully. The new machine generation included the latest software improvements, faster control algorithms, containment enhancements and the launch of our new inline hardness indicator for ribbons. This brand-new feature enables online response of the hardness of the ribbons will passing the mill. This can serve as PAT technology for roller compaction in the future. Current applications will be continuous manufacturing lines or large-scale batch manufacturing. The hardness indicator can be especially helpful for high containment applications where off line measurements are rather difficult. The very fast response will be very beneficial for small scale or research & development machines.
The technical discussions and explanations have been vibrant and many of our worldwide sales partners have been involved in addition to our Gerteis sales team, We were happy to see you all again.
Gerteis Maschinen + Processengineering AG is very pleased to announce the signing of a contract with the Merck Gruppe for two high-end roller compactors with clean-in-place. This was certainly the highlight of a very successful exhibition. We are looking forward to the next Achema, which will take place in June 2024.
