Vindon expands in the US

The controlled storage specialist has opened a new facility in Southern California

Vindon Scientific, an international company specialising in controlled storage technology for the pharma and biopharma industries, has opened its new facility in Southern California.

The Santa Fe Springs facility offers a full pharmaceutical testing and analytical service, in addition to offering over 85m3 of stability storage, pharma and biopharma storage capacity at temperatures from –80ºC up to 75ºC and a wide range of humidities.

Members of the UK Trade & Industry department attended the opening ceremony, as well as executives and scientists from bio-life science and pharmaceutical companies in California. Marilyn Monroe look-alike Jodi Fleischer performed the opening ceremony and cut the ribbon.

Vindon provides products and services for the management of temperature, humidity and light, where controlled storage is required.

The firm also offers outsourced storage services and partnerships at strategic locations in the US, UK and Ireland, with more than 2,000m3 of controlled environment storage at temperatures ranging from 75ºC to –196ºC.
