Panametrics adds safe transmitter

The Panametrics O2X-1 intrinsically safe oxygen transmitter is a 2-wire loop power unit using an advanced galvanic fuel cell oxygen sensor to provide performance, accuracy and long life.

The compact unit should be easy to install at the sampling point where space may be tight.

It is unaffected by paramagnetic or hydrocarbon gases and, being compatible with acid gases, it can be used for oxygen measurement in CO2.

The linear 4–20mA output corresponds to one of four trace oxygen ranges.
