With drug counterfeiting on the rise globally and regulatory deadlines fast approaching, the pharmaceutical supply chain will soon be at critical point to ensure patient safety. From drug manufacturers to distributors, all supply chain partners will need to make crucial decisions to upgrade their production lines in compliance with DSCSA, FMD, and emerging market traceability deadlines.
PCI’s latest Serialisation seminar will bring together some of the brightest minds in the industry to share their experience and best practices for executing an effective Serialisation strategy. Christoph Krähenbühl, Senior Director at leading European Serialisation consulting firm 3C Integrity will be opening the session with his presentation ‘State of Readiness’, giving his insights on preparing for the industry’s pending global Serialisation requirements. 3C Integrity recently joined forces with leading US consulting firm Excellis Health.
Ian Parsonage, Senior Director of Global Serialisation at PCI will share his expertise on lessons learned, as well as best practices in Serialisation. PCI features extensive Serialisation experience, actively providing Serialised product to both domestic and emerging global markets across an extensive multinational supply network. Parsonage’s presentation will be complemented by Elliot Abreu, Senior Vice President at Xyntek Inc. and Frank Madden, Founder and CEO of Crest Solutions, who will provide their advice for pharmaceutical firms on succeeding in Serialisation strategy and implementation.

Attendees will also hear from key sector leaders at leading pharmaceutical companies during a pharmaceutical industry roundtable session, where practical experiences and best practices will be discussed. Leading full service print and packaging supplier MPS will provide a demonstration and forum for leading anti-counterfeiting material technologies that can complement Serialisation strategies. A live demonstration from Antares and Crest Solutions will help audience members absorb further knowledge on Serialisation with the help of imported production equipment installed at the venue.
This latest event, will highlight evolving industry regulations for the implementation of industry Serialisation, particularly the imminent deadlines for compliance with the DSCSA in the United States, as well as European Union requirements and those of emerging markets including China, South Korea, Brazil, and others.
