Packaging Coordinators Inc (PCI), a global supplier of pharmaceutical commercial packaging solutions and clinical trials services, has appointed Tim Roberts as Associate Director of Clinical Trials. The promotion follows the restructure of the firm’s global management, announced last year, and the recent acquisition of AndersonBrecon.
Formerly working in Business Development at PCI, Roberts will now lead the implementation of the Clinical Trials strategy and oversee the UK Clinical Trials Project Management and Treforest Storage and Distribution teams. He will report to Bob Misher, Global Head of Clinical Trials.
The firm says the restructure reinforces its commitment to providing end-to-end global packaging services, from early phase clinical studies to commercial launch.
Commenting on the appointment, Misher said: ‘We have an ambitious growth strategy for our Clinical Trials business and Tim’s appointment will help us to achieve this strategy. Having been with the organisation for some time, he brings with him the expertise and knowledge needed to drive this part of the business forward.’
