Peli BioThermal, developer of containment products for the cold chain, has announced the latest version of its Crēdo Cargo, which includes an anti-tampering system for the coolants, providing extra safety and security for valuable payloads.
The bulk shippers are designed to simplify logistics challenges while maintaining familiar coolant loading system found across the Crēdo range. The shippers require no electricity, dry ice or batteries, providing more transportation choices and alleviating payload excursion risk due to power failure.
Performance and consistent temperature stability are maintained for more than 120 hours, the company says. The container’s external wall construction is designed to absorb and deflect impacts while enabling stackable, easy storage.
“This is the latest iterative improvement to our award-winning Crēdo™ Cargo passive bulk shipper,” said Dominic Hyde, VP, Global Services at Peli BioThermal. “We have an impressive history of continually enhancing the new builds of Crēdo Cargo with innovative features and then retrofitting our existing fleet. Incorporating enhancements as we develop them is just another way we keep the safety and security of our customers’ shipments as our top priority.”
