The company has upgraded its nasal spray manufacturing capabilities, installed a novel warehouse and expanded its QC laboratories

CDMO Renaissance has opened its new warehouse in Lakewood, New Jersey.

The 67,000 sqft facility, positioned at 1213 Paco Way, will act as an administrative hub, while also enhancing the company’s ability to efficiently engage with US clients.

The multi-million dollar upgrade and expansion began in 2020, and now consists of two novel buildings and a renovated manufacturing facility.

One of the most significant manufacturing upgrades, according to the company, is the new high-speed nasal spray assembly line — which is compatible with unit-dose and bi-dose devices.

As well as this assembly line, Renaissance has expanded its quality control spray laboratory by nearly 3x, with a non-classified area being cordoned off for sterile testing of particulate samples for release.

Renaissance works with pharmaceutical companies to produce nasal and sterile dosage forms, with roots in the development and commercialisation processes of such therapeutics in the global market.

“The completion of our new warehouse operation marks the culmination of many years of planning for and investing in our facilities,” Serge Maltais, President & CEO of Renaissance, said.

“This significant increase in capacity together with our implementation of smart, efficiency-focused technology, enables us to provide our customers with a comprehensive, customised experience.”
