French company Roquette has is now offering both sodium lactate pharma and sodium gluconate pharma in a pyrogen-free form.

Both products are a natural extension to the company's established range for par-enteral applications, which include LYCADEX PF - pyrogen-free dextrose monohydrate; PEARLITOL PF - pyrogen-free mannitol; NEOSORB PF - pyrogen-free sorbitol; and KLEPTOSE HPB - pyrogen-free HPBCD.

Highly purified sodium lactate and sodium gluconate are used by the pharmaceutical industry as physiological buffers in the preparation of critical solutions.for dialysis and infusion therapies. Sodium lactate pharma is a heat stable pharmaceutical grade, exhibiting improved organoleptic properties. Its low endotoxin content is carefully controlled to ensure suitability for use in injectable and dialysis solutions. This product is now available for large-scale distribution.

Sodium gluconate pharma is also a highly purified grade under development for pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications. This product is undergoing ICH stability testing and is currently available for sampling.
