Siemens division strengthens senior management team

Siemens Industry Automation & Drive Technologies (IA&DT) has appointed two divisional directors to lead the future strategic direction of the firm's industry automation and drive technologies businesses in the UK.

Siemens Industry Automation & Drive Technologies (IA&DT) has appointed two divisional directors to lead the future strategic direction of the firm's industry automation and drive technologies businesses in the UK.

Brian Holliday will take responsibility for the Industry Automation division, while Andrew Peters will run Drive Technologies.

According to Siemens IA&DT managing director, Juergen Maier, the individual merits of the firm's industry automation and drive technologies businesses are proven, but working more closely together they will be able to offer an "enhanced and powerful combination of broad-based expertise, technical solutions and innovative thinking" to provide "real and tangible answers" for industry.
