Sylachim sold to Dynamit Nobel

Dynamit Nobel is to acquire the French company Sylachim from the pharmaceuticals group Sanofi-Synthelabo. Subject to board approval, the deal will involve the transfer of Sylachim's facilities at Chasse sur Rhone, near Lyon, and production site at Mourenx, France. About 350 staff work at the locations affected and will transfer in the deal.
