Having made the decision to replace its existing software, Healthcare at Home turned to Paragon to provide the routing and scheduling capabilities required to meet both customer delivery and business growth demands.

Healthcare at Home owes believes that patients should have more choice and control over how and where they receive their treatments. After downloading orders from Healthcare at Home's own order management system, Paragon provides daily plans for the fleet of chilled vans distributing a diverse range of medicines and equipment to patients at home, and even at work, according to their customised treatment schedules.
