The RSA Group appoints Shawn O’Connor as Partner

Life Sciences executive search firm The RSA Group has appointed Shawn O’Connor as Partner.

For more than 10 years, O’Connor has led his own executive search firm, working exclusively in the life sciences. He brings to the RSA team a strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diagnostics and medical devices in every specialism from R and D to sales and marketing.

Prior to this, O’Connor spent 18 years as Vice President, Human Resources at Johnson and Johnson. He was also instrumental in establishing The RSA Group’s initial presence in the US more than 10 years ago.

Alex Bennett, CEO, said: “Based in New Jersey, a hub of the life sciences and healthcare industry, Shawn will lead RSA’s growth in this region as part of the Americas leadership team.”
