The Fette F20i tablet press has been selected for its innovative design, delivering greater efficiency, flexibility, and operational safety in tablet production. Designed to compress blends of actives and excipients into tablets of consistent size, shape, and weight, the machine supports a wide range of products and batch sizes, enabling Lifeplan Products to respond more effectively to evolving customer requirements.

Featuring interchangeable 33 and 45 station turrets and capable of producing up to 324,000 tablets per hour, this advanced machine offers exceptional flexibility for a broad range of formulations and batch sizes. Its rapid changeover functionality improves operational efficiency, increases production capacity, and further reinforces the Group`s investment in delivering high-quality tablet manufacturing solutions.
The new equipment features advanced automation and integrated assistance systems that simplify recipe creation, process management, and production control. Its dust-tight, highly contained design supports GMP compliance, while rapid product changeover capabilities minimise downtime and improve production efficiency.
A fully automated tablet weight regulation system continuously monitors tablet quality throughout production, ensuring only compliant products enter the accepted product stream. The machine also delivers real-time production monitoring, integrated process analytics, and enhanced connectivity with wider manufacturing systems, providing teams with greater operational visibility and valuable data-driven insights.
To further enhance quality assurance, the F20i has been installed with an integrated automatic tablet inspection system capable of monitoring critical quality attributes such as tablet weight, thickness, and hardness throughout production. Additional manual inspection capabilities provide an independent verification process to further support quality and compliance standards.
