Watson-Marlow Bredel will demonstrate its peristaltic pumping capabilities for both industrial and laboratory environments.

Watson-Marlow Bredel will demonstrate its peristaltic pumping capabilities for both industrial and laboratory environments.

Its central focus will be on its new 520RE LoadSure pumps, launched in April.

The pumps represent a significant development in peristaltic technology, increasing pressure capabilities up to 7bar and allowing Watson-Marlow Bredel pumps to compete directly against mechanical diaphragm pumps. LoadSure technology uses pre-cut tubing elements with standard sanitary or industrial fittings to guarantee rapid and easy tube loading every time.

In Hall 6 the company will demonstrate pumps for scientific and cleanroom environments. The pumps on show will highlight pumping solutions that offer sterile transfer and accurate dosing options, as well as low maintenance and operator safety features.

Watson-Marlow Bredel will also take the opportunity to demonstrate its range of tubing. Available in a number of materials including Pumpsil platinum-cured silicone and long-life thermoplastic Marprene, the range provides tubing to suit virtually every application and flow rate range.

Hall 8, the industrial hall, will play host to a range of Watson-Marlow Bredel products capable of operating in harsh and rugged environments. Bredel Hose Pumps will show the new SPX DuCoNite pump, designed for challenging chemical applications. Its high-tech surface protection has provided the pump with heightened resistance against aggressive chemical damage, allowing it to pump highly corrosive chemicals for sustained periods of time.
