ICS Cool Energy establishes a new customer care team

A novel team with extensive product knowledge and a user-friendly website aims to streamline customer support

ICS Cool Energy, a specialist in temperature control for manufacturing, has formed a dedicated customer care team.

This comes alongside the launch of its redesigned website, which has been optimised to enhance interactivity and facilitate customer engagement with the brand.

These developments endeavour to streamline customer support processes and ensure that the company is providing a superior service end-to-end. 


The new team

ICS Cool Energy’s customer care team consists of eight new hires, each bringing significant experience from their past sales-based roles in the company. 

This means that they will all have extensive product knowledge and rapport with existing customers. 

The team is trained to manage enquires across a range of channels, including real-time web chat — allowing customers to receive timely responses. 


Customer Care Manager at ICS Cool Energy, Lisa Eagle commented: “This team’s primary task is to immediately address new enquiries, maintaining a seamless communication flow between our customers and sales engineers. By doing so, we
ensure timely and accurate response and quotations, enhancing the overall customer journey.”
