After an agreement closed by Azbil Corporation, Telstar — an aseptic process solutions specialist — will integrate into Syntegon, a process and packaging company.
The move will offer Telstar the opportunity to maintain and grow as a business, whilst also bolstering Syntegon's offerings in the process industry.
In this new stage, Telstar will share their knowledge in developing new high-value aseptic production solutions, which Syntegon will use to reinforce synergies operating within common markets, whilst also strengthing the company's offerings for filling lines and aseptic processes.
After leading the Life Science Engineering business division of Azbil for more than 11 years, Telstar has expressed its gratitude to the corporation for their support during this time.
After the share purchase agreement signing, the acquisition will be effective once customary regulatory approvals are received.
