French company Actemium and Germany-based Werum Software & Systems have signed a co-operation agreement covering integrated process automation solutions for pharma and biotech companies on the French market.


French company Actemium and Germany-based Werum Software & Systems have signed a co-operation agreement covering integrated process automation solutions for pharma and biotech companies on the French market.

The customers of the two companies will benefit from integrated process automation solutions for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical production sites.

Werum's PAS-X MES suite coordinates, optimises and controls all workflows within manufacturing enabling a real paperless production. PAS-X ensures both vertical integration with ERP level and field level as well as horizontal integration with the supply chain, and is applied as the standard software for production in the batch-oriented process industry with a focus on the FDA/GxP-regulated sectors pharma and biopharma. The system functions enable 21 CFR Part 11 compliance for Electronic Records/Electronic Signatures just as full-scope Electronic Batch Recording.

Actemium offers comprehensive expertise in process industries to design and integrate turnkey solutions for optimising production lines and supply chain. Its portfolio for the pharmaceutical market includes consulting and project management for complete solutions including process control systems, MES, clean rooms, and management of material flow.
