Advanced Engineering (Middleton) and Kells Stainless (UK) will be exhibiting the Mark II version of the Ad-pro advanced processor, which features an enclosed construction compatible with dust-free and clean working environments. It is also fitted with a fully sealed water system for vacuum pump operation.

The Ad-pro provides stand-alone or in-line batch production and can be supplied as a trials rig if required. Both hot and cold mixes can be undertaken, with provision for either wet or dry additives for a wide range of products including ointments, creams, lotions and gelatins. Liquid and powder additions to the batch are introduced via the side vessel and aided by the integral vacuum pump.

A self-contained portable trials rig is fitted with a 160l capacity mixing vessel and combines a paddle stirrer/scraper with multi-row cutters and a highly efficient impeller. The vessel is linked to an Advanced Engineering multistage in-line blender/homogeniser operating on a recirculation loop to ensure complete homogenisation of the batch.
