Alpharma acquires UDL products

Alpharma's US pharmaceutical division has acquired eight approved ANDAs for six liquid bottled and seven unit dose products from UDL Laboratories of Largo, FL, US, a part of Mylan Labs. It has also acquired five pipeline products, including one with tentative approval. The acquired products have annual sales of around US$12m.
