Arthritis research collaboration

Published: 29-Jun-2001

Predictive biosimulation company Entelos has entered into a research collaboration with Organon looking at rheumatoid arthritis. Organon says that Entelos' strong base in immunology and in silico research work will add focus and rationalisation to its r&d activities. 'We expect that this collaboration will advance our efforts in target discovery and lead optimisation,' said Driek Vergouwen, r&d md at Organon. Entelos' PhysioLab is designed to identify novel pathways, validate and prioritise targets and candidates, optimise experiments and clinical trials and understand variable patient outcomes.
