Bologna-based MG2 has used the basic structure of its MG Futura capsule filling machine to develop a fast and flexible system for dosing pharmaceutical products into vials.

The MG Futura/T is an automatic dosing and assembly machine for continuous high-speed dosing of solid products into small containers. It is particularly useful for producing packs of vials containing ready-to-use solutions.

The machine can handle different types of containers and caps at production speeds of 14,000 or 28,000 caps/hr. Two dosing units can be mounted simultaneously, or the machine can be upgraded to higher speeds.

The machine is also fitted with systems that enable detection of product presence inside the container and ensure that only containers that have been correctly dosed and assembled are transferred to the machine out-feed area.
