Carbolite is showing a versatile new line of tube furnaces with heated lengths up to 1200mm and a new line of high-temperature box furnaces.

The GTF tube furnaces, which operate to 1200°C, are available with six heated lengths from 450mm to 1200mm in both horizontal and vertical designs and with either single-zone or three-zone control. Three-zone units provide excellent linear temperature uniformity throughout the chamber. The furnaces incorporate interchangeable tube adapters that provide convenient fixing of different tubes up to 150mm diameter, making them particularly versatile and convenient.

The HTF line of chamber furnaces has been designed specifically to provide cost-effective heating of ceramics and other high-temperature materials to 1700°C and 1800°C. Seven different sizes allow selection of the ideal chamber capacity.

These furnaces incorporate 6/12 molybdenum disilicide elements, which are particularly durable and also give excellent cycling performance and temperature uniformity. All the HTF models have programmable control and over-temperature protection as standard, and they also provide fast heat-up and recovery rates. Carbolite will also be showing a wide selection of other laboratory furnaces and ovens.
