Following its recent move to new purpose-built premises, Casburt TMS is offering four new advanced tablet compression machines.


Following its recent move to new purpose-built premises, Casburt TMS is offering four new advanced tablet compression machines.

The company's flagship tablet press, the Technipress 6000, is an advanced single-sided tablet press fitted with up to 100 kN main compression and up to 60 kN pre-compression. Designed to comply with cGMP regulations, the press has a smooth outer surface and easily removable panels for cleaning and maintenance.

The compression area is enclosed with transparent safety interlocked doors, and the PLC-controlled system options provide maximum information to tablet press users for optimum control of the press.

The interchangeable turret offers rapid changeover and tooling size changes. The press also incorporates a lifting device to allow safe removal of the turret.
