Checkweighers cut wastage

From the initial entry of materials and ingredients, through the entire production and preparation process, the latest compact checkweighers from Avery Berkel help increase the efficiency and reduce wastage.

HL265 and the HL275 bench scales are available in a full range of capacities, making them suitable for a diverse range of applications, with 3,000 approved divisions on the HL265 and 6,000 non-approved divisions on both models. Mid-range capacities are available for ingredient weighing or pilot plant operation, and higher capacities up to 90kg are suitable for the bulk filling of drums and other containers.

All models are fully stainless steel and can be thoroughly cleaned to avoid contamination. An innovative overload protection system provides improved durability by transferring shock loads away from the transducer.
