Chris-Craft acquired by MonoSol

As a result of the merger between Chris-Craft Industries and News Corporation, Chris-Craft Industrial Products' MonoSol Division has been acquired by a group of investors forming MonoSol. The company, which has increased its capacity by 40% over the last 15 months and plans an additional 20% increase by January 2002, is a world leader in water soluble films.
