UK-based organisation Envirowise are hosting a free event that aims to spread environmental best practice and resource efficiency in pharmaceutical operations.

The organisation says that UK business as a whole could save £3bn through improved environmental performance.

The conference will cover:

Top tips on resource efficiency including best practice case studies

Simple ways to make changes, save money and increase profits

How to lessen the impact of chemicals on individuals and the environment

Reducing waste and material use

Avoiding the use of non-renewable resources

The event is aimed at safety, health and environmental managers, purchasing managers, and managing directors.

The conference is to be held this year on 5 December at the Midland Hotel, Manchester, UK, with lunch included.
