A well-known name in the plastic containers and closures sector has reappeared following the divestment of Rexam Closures & Containers. Cope Allman Plastic Packaging was formed by an MBO team led by managing director John Sidnell.

The company supplies innovative packaging to the healthcare, pharmaceutical, chemicals and beverage markets and specialises in child-resistant and tamper-evident closures. It will continue to focus on best-practice manufacturing in line with the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.

'Our objectives remain to build on a vigorous European market and to make further inroads into the global pharmaceutical and healthcare market,' said Sidnell.
