Visitors to CPhI 2005 - to be held from 1-3 November 2005 in Madrid - will have a new feature to look forward to.

Organiser CMP Information is launching a new exhibition, P-MEC, to be co-located with CPhI and ICSE. The new show will focus on all areas of the manufacturing process and will be aimed at manufacturing professionals, process engineers, production managers, packaging engineers and r&d professionals.

'Over the past two to three years, we have seen the market changing with regard to people's remit and responsibility for a wide range of products,' explained event director Kate Chambers. 'This includes the manufacturing process and the machinery and equipment.'

'Having a dedicated exhibition to deliver the end product will offer the visitor three days to experience the whole pharmaceutical cycle in one environment.'
