CPhI Conferences introduces lunchtime education series
Will provide CPhI attendees with the opportunity to analyse and discuss some of the key issues and trends currently affecting the pharma market
A CPhI Lunchtime Education Series is to be hosted from 25–27 October 2011 at CPhI Worldwide. Organised by CPhI Conferences, the Series will run in a workshop format with six interactive sessions over the three days of co-located exhibitions: CPhI Worldwide for pharmaceutical ingredients; ICSE for contract and outsourced services and logistics; P-MEC for pharmaceutical technology and machinery; and the new InnoPack show for pharmaceutical packaging needs.
‘The Lunchtime Education Series has been introduced to provide attendees with the opportunity to analyse and discuss some of the key issues and trends currently affecting the pharma market in a format that comfortably fits into their busy schedules while onsite at the events,’ said Michael Payne, Conference Programme Editor for the CPhI Worldwide Pre-Show Conference Series. ‘In addition to the educational value of the sessions, the registration fee for the Series will also include unique networking opportunities during the lunch breaks.’
Each day will provide two half-hour workshops, separated by a half hour break for a hosted lunch. The programme will run as follows:
- Workshop One: Increasing Sales by 30% – The One Tool that Rewards Change; Pharmaceutical GMP in Emerging Regions (Perspectives from China and India)
- Workshop Two: Innovation and Development in Drug Delivery; Opportunities and Challenges of Pharma Mergers and Acquisitions
- Workshop Three: Trends in Consumer Health through Innovations; Developing a Comprehensive Pricing and Reimbursement Structure.
Each Workshop will be presented by an industry-leading expert that will provide specialist insight on key strategic and operational issues affecting drug development, delivery and commercialisation.
