Ellab's on-line inspection team

Ellab has incorporated the latest electronic technology into a number of its products to deliver on-line inspection to the pharmaceutical industry.

The Tracksense Pro, a wireless multi-channel data logger, is designed to operate under extreme conditions without losing valuable data. It can tolerate temperatures from -50°C to +150°C, and withstand pressures up to 10bar fully immersed. More than 100 sensor configurations are available, and up to 16 loggers can be programmed, downloaded or calibrated simultaneously.

According to Ellab, the TrackSense Pro wireless datalogging system provides constant measurement of temperature, pressure and relative humidity under almost any extreme conditions, while the battery driven universal TrackSense Pro logger has mounting accessories, which enable it to be mounted both on the inside and the outside of a variety of pharmaceutical containers and packs.

The TrackSense Pro interchangeable temperature sensors are available in lengths from 10mm to 200mm. Most are furnished with a tread fitting the company's accessories available for mounting in a wide range of pharmaceutical applications. The TrackSense Pro double interchangeable temperature sensors measure the core and ambient temperature simultaneously.
