Enercon speeds up sealing with a movable machine

The latest induction cap sealer from Enercon Industries, the Super Seal Max, is claimed to be the world's fastest air-cooled system.

Using an advanced sealing head to decrease dwell time, the machine can hermetically seal regular, child-resistant and dispensing closures of 20–120mm at rates of up to 1,500 bottles/min. The company claims this is much faster than current production lines can run at. Air cooling means the system can operate continuously at these speeds without the need for a separate water supply.

The Super Seal Max is designed to be mounted over a standard in-line conveyor. Its quick-set adjustable mount and quick-connect sealing head connections allow adjustment for product changeover to be achieved in a matter of a couple of minutes. It has a small footprint and is easy to transfer from one line to another.
