The European Parliament has proposed changing a planned schedule of fees levied by the European Medicines Agency (EMEA).


The European Parliament has proposed changing a planned schedule of fees levied by the European Medicines Agency (EMEA).

It is suggesting an exceptional charge of up to Euro 232,000 where there was 'an extensive workload relating to an application for marketing authorisation'.

MEPs also proposed lowering fees for authorisation applications for traditional herbal medicines.
