German packaging and labelling specialist Faubel has invested in an additional assembly line aimed at extending the range of mini brochure options available to customers.
The range now covers mini brochures able to fold glue up to 64 pages, and brochures able to fold-glue and envelope up to 68 pages with adhesive binding.
Fold gluing is suitable for producing booklets with few pages and a product thickness below 2 mm. And brochures can be produced with adhesive binding up to a maximum thickness of 5 mm. The number of pages is unlimited but it is depending on the thickness of the paper and the quality of the paper.
Mini Brochures replace the package insert directly on the product and create the space for extensive, comprehensive package information leaflets.
The company is also promoting its new Faubel-Container Label and portfolio of
booklet labels at Interpack. The container labels are designed to communicate a wealth of information on limited space. It also offers the possibility to integrate an additional element, such as product samples, test strips or loupes into the label.
And Faubel's booklet label range includes the compact label, a doku label - with additional labels for documentation - and a wrap around Label - which can be wrapped around a container many times.
Having the patented gutter means the booklet can be adjusted to fit on many shapes, especially on round or angular shaped containers. It is also reclosable, user-friendly and guaranties a high-class appearance of the package.
Security features, thermo sensitive colours, peel-off labels, rub-inks or special varnishes are only some examples. Thanks to the screen printing technology, embossed printing (Braille) can be identified easily by blind persons as it is printed directly on the cover label.
In addition to a standardized attendance check of the Braille spots, Faubel also offers the translation resp. a control of the content as well as readability check, if required by the customer.
The company will be exhibiting at Interpack Duesseldorf, Halle 9, Stand J 27.
