Freeman Technology signs Japanese distribution agreement with Sysmex

UK-based Freeman Technology has signed an agreement with Sysmex Corporation, of Japan, whereby Sysmex will have exclusive distribution rights in Japan for Freeman's FT4 Powder Rheometer. The deal follows successful trials of the FT4 in the Japanese marketplace.

Sysmex is a leading analytical instrumentation company and a major player in the Japanese market. An established team, experienced in powder and particle characterisation, serves the industrial applications markets in Japan.

The FT4 uses novel technology and a patented design to provide sensitive and reproducible powder flowability measurements. Dry and wet powders are evaluated in relation to key processing variables such as aeration, consolidation and moisture content.
