The compact blister machine offers flat sealing without the use of rollers to ensure that even pressure is applied over the entire surface of the blister tile. The feed and sealing stations also operate in a way that ensures delicate handling of the blister tiles.
Features of the MB460 include rapid size changeover, the use of 12 PC-controlled brushless motors and vertical forming with progressive temperature plates.
The feed station can be removed in a single movement to reduce downtime, and changeover is automatic. The design also ensures that when the machine stops the plates descend vertically, to prevent overheating of the material.
Product feed is linear, with a recirculating system providing a constant flow, even at high speeds. The horizontal sealing uses a sophisticated system that checks for blister tiles that are not in phase. In addition, the cooling plates are in the shape of the blister tile to rebalance the temperature evenly.
A new feature of the Robocombi is that it can pick up 10 blister tiles at a time from two belts rather than one, while the MA352 is a continuous motion cartoner suitable for high-speed cartooning, built to allow easy identification and removal of any residual components at the end of the production batch. The MA352 can also process low quality cartons at speeds up to 400 cartons/min.
The cartoner can be linked directly to a BL400VTE from Neri, a balcony-structure continuous automatic labelling machine designed to make all operations extremely easy and accessible from the operator side.
